Cima, a new hybrid clone, was obtained by natural crossing between Populus deltoides Marsh "3479/958" and Populus nigra L. This clone starts to grow 1 day after crossing between Populus and euramericana "I 214", shows high productivity of wood, and has the ability to resist Marssonina brunnea, Venturia populina, and a rust fungus.
