CONTINUOUS POSITIONING DEVICE FOR MINUTE PART

PURPOSE:To position minute parts arranged in a row in a guide path accurately at high speed by extruding the minute parts in the direction rectangular to the direction of arrangement by an extruder and separating them while positioning them between a fixed guide and a rocking lever giving pressure force. CONSTITUTION:Minute parts 11 are placed on a beltlike travelling body 12 travelling in one direction, the parts 11 are pushed continuously into a guide path 13 formed between a pair of guide members 14a and 14b, and these continuous parts 11 are slid previously in the terminal 13a of the path 13 when the parts reach to the terminal 13a. An extruder 20 orthogonal to the path 13 is mounted previously immediately before the terminal 13a, and the part 11 positioned at the head is extruded to a rectangular positioning device 15 between a fixed guide 16 and a rocking lever 17. The lever 17, one end thereof has a spring 18, is rocked, and the part 11 positioned in the path 15 is discharged to a discharge path 21. Accordingly, the parts are continuously positioned accurately while bringing a device to a high-speed operable state.
