PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a core liquid from a capsule in manufacturing a capasule product, by froming the capsule by dropping the core liquid consisting of syrup, Ca salt and gummy material into a solution of salt of alginic acid and replacing the core liquid by adding a specified thermosetting material to the solution of salt of alginic acid. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing a capsule product having juice, wine, etc. as a core liquid, the core liquid, having =1 specific gravity, containing 20-50% saccharide such as cane sugar, grape sugar, Ca salt such as CaCl2 and a gummy material such as xanthene gum for drop forming is prepared beforehand. This liquid is added dropwise to a solution of salt of alginic acid to form a reticular wall film around the spherical liquid. Then, the core liquid is replaced with fresh water, and heated while further replacing with the objective core liquid such as juice to fill the meshes of reticular wall film and form a capsule. In this case, by adding a protein solution such as egg albumen solution, cladoalbumin to the solution of salt of alginic acid as a thermosetting material, the capsule that does not causes leakage of core liquid is obtained.
