Hydraulic loop for extraction of urinary calculi in the ureter

Instrumental loop extraction of movable concrements in any ureteral deposits is conducted with a hydraulically characterized transport method free of complications. The radial "ventilation" of the ureter is externally preselected with an aseptic pressurized liquid both for passage of the catheter for loop formation and for manual transportation. Controllable liquid surges independent of the loop traction automatically assist transportation of the concrements, so that the usual risk of injury is prevented, the residence time of the catheter in the ureter is reduced and, finally, the individual traction load on the ureter by the physician can be physically controlled at any time to the advantage of the patient.
