A craft for spreading pulverulent treatment agents over lakes includes a propulsion source for moving the craft to desired sections of the lake and at least one device for spraying a slurry of the treatment agent and water over the surface of the lake. The craft further comprises a storage space in the hull of the craft for receiving and storing said treatment agent in dry form and, as spraying device, an ejector (3) which upon spraying mixes water taken from the lake with dry treatment agent from the storage space, the water serving as driving medium and the treatment agent as secondary medium, said ejector communicating via a conduit 14 with a pump 16 adapted to communicate with the outboard side of the craft for taking up the water from the lake, and further communicating with said storage space via a conveyor conduit 19. The craft can effect quick and convenient spreading of e.g. pulverulent lime for restoring lake water, and the actual spreading of the lime and the loading thereof can be clean and neat, while establishing an attractive job environment for the operator.
