摘要
A fluidised bed reactor consists of a lateral wall and a dome shaped roof and an exhaust duct is fitted on the top of the dome shaped roof an an exhaust gas is discharged from the duct. Several ports are fitted on a bed of the reactor and the fluid gas enters in a bottom chamber from the ports. The gas passes through the calcining particles and moves upwardly as a foamed flow. The calcining particles are heated with a helical heating means fitted on an internal surface of the lateral wall. The calcination mechanism is suitable for calcining fine solid particles at a temp. of 200-2000 degrees F.
