PROCESS FOR ELIMINATING MICROCRYSTAL IN CRYSTALLIZING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To dissolve excessive microcrystals in circulated mother liquid securely and to produce large amt. of large-sized crystals by controlling the degree of heating of the mother liquid basing on the amt. of crystal in the mother liquid calculated from detected values of particle size distribution of microcrystals contained in the circulated mother liquid. CONSTITUTION:Particle size distribution of microcrystals in the mother liquid is detected continuously by a particle size distribution detector 9, and obtd. detected value (d) is transmitted as electric signal to an operator 16. In the operator 16, the amt. crystal in the mother liquid necessary for eliminating the excessive microcrystal in the circulated mother liquid is operated basing on the detected value (d) transmitted to the operator 16. Control signals (a), (b), (c), are emitted to each actuator 17, 18, 19 basing on the operated values (d), and the amts. of steam, diluting water and circulated mother liquid necessary for eliminating the crystals in the mother liquid is controlled, individually.
