PURPOSE:To enable efficient cargo handling by inputting fundamental information of various cargo handling plans, and forming a piping flowchart, time lapse schedule table, etc., corresponding to the cargo handling plan by a cargo handling plan processor. CONSTITUTION:Insturction of the cargo plan is supplied from the data input unit 12 to the cargo handling plan processor 11. The indicator 13 indicates cargo data by this processor 11. The processor 11 forms the piping flowchart, time lapse schedule table, etc., corresponding to the cargo plan according to instruction from the data input unit 12, and makes the indicator 13 and printer 14 output. The processor 11 has the piping data formation circuit 20, schedule formation circuit 23, etc., and forms the working plan by the dialogue system.
