REAGENT FOR FRACTIONAL MEASUREMENT OF SOLUBLE FRACTION ASPARTIC ACID AMINOTRANSFERASE AND MITOCHONDRIA ASPARTIC ACID AMINOTRANSFERASE

PURPOSE:To enable the fractionation of soluble fraction aspartic acid aminotransferase and mitochondria fraction aspartic acid aminotranspherase, by separating both of them by antigen-antibody reaction and measuring the activity of aspartic acid aminotransferase. CONSTITUTION:As an antibody coupling body, insoluble carrier such as a paper disc or a glass bead is used and the coupling of an antibody is performed by a chemical method. Practically serum is reacted with the antibody coupling carrier and, after antigen-actibody reaction is performed, the carrier is sufficiently washed by a buffer solution to perfectly remove a non-specific substance. Thereafter, activity is measured according to a usual aspartic acid aminotransferase activity measuring method.
