PURPOSE:To smoothly control the speed and position of a stepping motor rapidly by a general microcomputer and a programmable timer by obtaining a self- starting frequency at the starting time of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a start command is inputted, TM13 outputs a pulse, and oscillates in a period 1/F0 of a self-starting frequency. Then, the TM12 is oscillated at an oscillating period T0, a CPU9 is interrupted by the rise, and oscillated by a period 1/F0+alpha of the frequency increased by the frequency (alpha) lower than the self-exciting frequency. Then a motor is moved in the one pulse by the initial one pulse of the TM13, started rotting by the pulse outputted after next 1/F0, accelerated by the pulse outputted after next 1/F0+1/F0+alpha, and then sequentially raised to the top rotation at the period of 1/F0+nalpha.
