PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut a lock bed, a ferro-concrete, etc. by providing means for generating swiring fluid and means for supplying polishing powder in a jetting device so that an ultrahigh-speed fluid jet comes about in the center section of a mixing fluid in a jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:This jetting device is provided with a jet nozzle 1 for jetting ultrahigh-speed fluid jet (a), a fusiform outer cylinder 2 positioned surrounding around the nozzle 1, a swirling fluid generating means for generating low-speed swirling fluid (e) swirling along the inner wall 2a of the outer cylinder 2 and about the axis of the outer cylinder 2, a polishing powder supply means 10 for supplying polishing powder (c) into the outer cylinder 2, and a mixed fluid nozzle 4 for leading the mixed fluid of the swirling fluid (e) in the outer cylinder 2 and the polishing powder (c) to the front of the jet nozzle 1. The inner bore diameter D2 of the nozzle 4 is made larger than the inner bore diameter D1, and therefore, an ultrahigh-speed fluid jet comes about in the center section of the mixed fluid in the front of the nozzle 4.
