PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous quantitative detection of traces of vitamins A and E and/or B2, B1 in a mixture by using a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and fluorescent detection method by using a column with which concentration is possible. CONSTITUTION:A sample 4 is fed into the moving phase fed from a vessel 1 in a feed part 3 and is supplied to an HPLC column 5. The column 5 concentrates the sample to vitamins A and E respectively and feeds the vitamins to fluorescent detectors 6 and 7 which determine continuously the vitamins A and E. Detectors for vitamins B1, B2 are disposed as fluorescent detectors 6, 7 and a mixer for an oxidizing agent is provided in front of the detector for the vitamin B1 in the case of the vitamins B1 and B2. Disposition of the detectors within the same device is also possible to enable simultaneous quantitative determination of the vitamins A, E and vitamines B1, B2.
