CUTTING METHOD OF SUBBROUTE PORT AND FASTENING PROJECTION IN ANTIIOVERFLOW VALVE TO CUT THEM IN ONE STROKE

PURPOSE:To prevent a ball valve receiving pin from breaking accidents by cutting a sub-route port and fastening projections in one stroke. CONSTITUTION:Two cutters 12 and 12 adapted for cutting a sub-route port 3 and fastening projections 4 and equipped with cutter shafts 13 and 13 are set to keep a cutter inteval 14 as shown by an arrow 14 and the cutter shafts 13 and 13 are continuously rotated. As the heat of the material of an anti-overflow valve 1 is shifted to the left, as shown by an arrow, through the spacing 14 between cutters, fastening projections 4 and the sub-route port 3 are cut in one stroke for finishing the head part of the anti-overflow valve 2. In this method, the anti-overflow valve can be easily and precisely manufactured in a single step by cutting and processing a bar of brass or another nonferrous metal for preventing breaking accidents.
