WORK FALLING PREVENTING DEVICE AT KNOCKOUT AT PRESS

PURPOSE:To achieve the device with small lift stroke for transfer feeder, small size and light weight, by the constitution that a clamp nail of the transfeeder is made close to a work during the knockout process and guide it. CONSTITUTION:In the said work falling prevention device, the falling of a work 15 at knockout can be prevented with a nail 2 fitted to a feed bar 1 via a holder 5. Especially, at the end of the return process of the bar 1, the nail is close to the work 15 to prevent the falling of the work 15. Even during clamping of the bar 1, to prevent the falling of the work 15, a cam mechanism 14 to keep the position of the nail 2 to the work 15 standstill is provided on a die holder 16. Through this construction, the knockout stroke is increased and the work 15 in the press mold is surely knocked out, allowing to reduce the lift stroke of the transfer feeder.
