PURPOSE: A fall prevention device for an overhead crane is provided to prevent the falling of a worker through an inner opening of an overhead crane body because a safety net is installed in the opening.;CONSTITUTION: A fall prevention device for an overhead crane comprises a wire which is installed on the rim of an opening of an overhead crane body(10) and a safety net(40), an end of which is fixed to an end of the wire in the width direction of the crane body and the other end of which is fixed to a carriage moving in the width direction of the crane body. A plurality of middle points of the safety net are connected to the wire. Both ends of the wire are fastened with a turn buckle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
