PURPOSE: A fall-preventing device for working at heights is provided to enable movement without separating a connecting device while a worker moves according to a change of a work position and to prevent a combined part combined with a large rail from being separated without a worker's intention. CONSTITUTION: A fall-preventing device for working at heights comprises a body part(20) attached to the front of a large rail(10) to provide a fall-preventing unit for preventing a fall; a fixing part(40) rotatably combined to one side of the body part and fixed near the rear of the large rail in fixing the body part; and a fixing support part(30) rotatably combined to one side of the body part to insert and fix one end of the fixing end in an insertion groove by the elastic force of an elastic material and to support the combined state of the fixing part.
