The automatic system consists of individual trays which can be displaced vertically, over each platform truck and 2 pincer devices to grasp and carry the basket in each working cycle. After placing the auxiliary tray, the cake of pressing residue is detached from the upper face of each basket and the mass of olives distributed over each basket to form a new charge for pressing.
