The electric bulb 11 illuminates and heats the air admitted into the base 6. This air heats the glass plate 9 which heats the bottom 5 of the glass receptacle 1 containing a liquid, hydrous and limpid active product 13 which is evaporable, in which a decorative pattern 12 is immersed. The liquid active product 13 is a concentrate of active principles in colloidal suspension in a special solubiliser making the solution aqueous, viscous and limpid. IMAGE
