The invention relates to the physical training or the re-education, at home or at a professional practice, of the lower and upper limbs. Use is made of a chassis-frame comprising a pedal and gear mechanism with control instruments, for the lower limbs acting on a work mechanism, the person being seated on an adjustable saddle. A mechanism with a similar principle is fastened in the top part in the place occupied by cycle handlebars; it is designed with the same members of suitable dimensions and is driven by the hands. The supports of the two mechanisms may be moved apart so that it is not possible for users of different sizes to be hampered. The invention applies to all physiotherapy or re-education practices as well as to any individual. IMAGE
