PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in printing quality by eliminating the transfer of ink particles to running paper, by constituting such a mechanism such that a metal roller is contacted with the peripheral surface of a rubber roller in the side receiving the supply of water from a water feeder under pressure and water is supplied to the pressure contact part. CONSTITUTION:A metal roller 14, which grinds the fine ink particles 15a captured by a rubber roller 12, is arranged so as to be contacted with the peripheral surface of said rubber roller 12 in the side receiving the supply of water from a nozzle 21. The nozzle 21 drips water to the contact part of the metal roller 14 and the rubber roller 12. The ink particles 15a captured by the rubber roller 12 with the rotation of an impression cylinder 11 are kneaded and ground along with water droplets fallen from the nozzle 21 by the metal roller 14 to be formed into fine particles invisible to the naked eye while these fine particles are mixed with a water film 13 to be transferred to a running machine 18 along with water but, because of fine particles invisible to the naked eye, the lowering in printing quality is not brought about.
