PREVENTING DEVICE FOR FALLING OF END SURFACE OF CUT YARN END IN AUTOMATIC WINDER

PURPOSE:To cause no trouble in normal tranverse travelling and prevent the winding of a cut yarn end of a bobbin when yarn is cut by mounting guides near a traversing drum. CONSTITUTION:A front guiding plate 18a wherein a curved guiding edge guiding a cut yarn end of travelling yarn Y to a traversing central section formed at the yarn entering side and a rear guiding plate 19 are installed before and behind a yarn travelling course. A clearance at the yarn entering side made up by the front and rear guiding plates 18a, 19 gradually decreases toward an end section from the traversing center, and expands by slow degrees toward the yarn extracting side from the yarn entering side in the yarn travelling direction. When yarn is cut, the cut yarn end is wound near the center of a package.
