PURPOSE:To prevent yellowing during molding and to retain an excellent cell propagation ability even after pressurized steam sterilization at the time of reuse of molding, by blending a specified pigment with an arom. polyester and molding it. CONSTITUTION:A non-yellow fired inorg. pigment is blended with an arom. polyester molding material consisting of an arom. dicarboxylic acid component and a bisphenol component. Examples of the non-yellow fired inorg. pigments are blue pigments such a cobalt blue, cerulean blue and ultramarine and mars violet. The pigment is used in a quantity of pref. 100-1000ppm based on that of the arom. polyester. Arom. polyesters where the arom. dicarboxylic acid component is composed of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid or a derivative thereof and the bisphenol component is bisphenol A, are preferred.
