HEATING AND FEEDING APPARATUS FOR MATERIAL FOR PRESS

PURPOSE:To feed automatically a heated material to the inside of a press mold with an apparatus having a simple structure and to press it by heating a material for the pressing which is inserted on a heating pan of a heating furnace, sensing the temp. with a sensor, transferring it to the press, pressing it and repeating this. CONSTITUTION:An uppermost step of many pieces of stacked heating pans 4 of the titled apparatus is pushed up with a push rod 5 for the heating pan and positioned to the rear faces of the openings (a), (b) of a heating furnace 2 and a material 1 for the pressing is inserted on the pan 4 with a holder 8 of a pusher 7 along a guide 9 in an inserting side. When electricity is conducted to the furnace 2 to heat the material 1 of the inside of the furnace 2 and the sensed temp. reaches about 700 deg.C by sensing the temp. with a sensor 14 for sensing the temp., the pan 4 is pushed up by one step and the material 1 is pushed out to the right side with the pusher 7 and dropped to a lower mold 12 of a press 15. After retreating the pusher 7 up to the initial position, an upper mold 11 is descended to perform the press molding and ascended. Next cycle is started by charging next material 1 to the holder 8 of the pusher 7 from a material charging device parallel thereto. On the other hand, the press-molded press article is pushed up with a lower mold 12 and taken out from the press 15 with a takeout mechanism.
