PURPOSE:To keep a fishpond, etc. always in a clean condition and to maintain good water quality without requirement for exchanging the water for a long time by feeding impurities suspending and settling in a fishpond, etc. evenly to a purifying device side. CONSTITUTION:Purified water contained previously in a purification tank is discharged upward into the water in a breeding water tank 1 from a water discharging port 15 of a water feeding pipe 13 at a final chamber together with air bubbles when an air pump 16 is driven. And, the impurities suspending or settling in the water tank 1 are sent together with water to a main body side of the purification device through a water feeding pipe 10 for collecting water, and the impurities are successively settled and separated during the water flows through from a first settling chamber 5 to a third settling chamber 7. Further, the water is almost completely clarified by passing through filter medium 20, 25 and reaches the final chamber 7. The purified water in the final chamber 7 is fed into the water feeding pipe 13 in the form of bubbled water stream by the driving of the air pump 16 as described before, and discharged through the water discharging port 15 from the bottom of the water tank 1.
