PURPOSE:To record plural events before an up-to-date event all the time by recording invariably plural events without addition to nor modification of a program itself, and overwriting events from the head of a recording area when the recording area becomes full. CONSTITUTION:Machine word instructions are loaded in and decoded by a decoder 21 and compared by a comparator (CMP)24 with an instruction group stored in a latch 22. The execution addresses of the machine word instructions are set in an execution address latch (EXADR)23, and when the coincidence of the instructions is obtained by the CMP24, the addresses in the EXADR23 are stored in an address storage (ADRSV)25. The contents of an address pointer ADPTR26 is increased by one in response to a coincidence signal from the CMP24 and the address of the EXADR23 is stored in the address. The execution addresses of the machine word instruction whose coincidence is obtained by the CMP24 are stored in the storage ADRSV25, and when the storage becomes full of addresses, an up-to-date address is overwritten on the oldest stored address in a cyclic basis.
