PURPOSE:To obtain a winding wire which shows excellent heat resistant property using a lead wire covered with a film having the hydrolysis property by utilizing a lead wire covered with a film having the hydrolysis property and also utilizing plastic as the inter layer insulator and at least an insulator which is in contact with the led wire of the main insulator. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 4 covered with a film having electrolysis property is used for a winding 1 and at least the part to be in contact with the lead wire 4 of insulator being in contact with lead wire 4 is formed by plastic film 6. For example, a lead wire 4 covered with a film of ester system is wound and the surface to be in contact with the lead wire 4 of the main insulator 3 and interlayer insulator 5 is formed by plastic film 6. On the occasion of forming the main insulator 3 and interlayer insulator 5, the entire part thereof may be formed by the stacked plastic films 6, or only the surface to be in contact with the lead wire 4 may be formed by plastic film 6 and interior may be formed by oil-impregnated paper 7.
