Process for obtaining new sulphonamidines of general formula I". Comprises preparing a compound of formula I" where R" is 2-[[[2-[(aminoiminomethyl)amino]-4- thiazolyl]methyl]thio]ethyl and R" is phenyl substituted by halogen, alkoxy carbonyl, dialkyl amino, nitro, alkyl sulphonyl, alkyl sulphonyl amino or alkyl thio, and their therapeutically acceptable salts, by reacting a compound of formula II" where R" has the same meaning as in I" with a compound of formula III" where R"1 has the same meaning as in I" and R2 is alkyl, in an alkanolic medium.
