The system makes use of a principal controller, a rail path, a carriage intended to be driven along the rail path by means of the linear motor impulsion, and a plurality of stator portions coupled to the rail path so as to produce an impulsion force in association with said carriage. Each one of the stators includes a stator controller for controlling the impulsion of the carriage. The stator controller controls the impulsion of the carriage when the latter passes via the stator portion to which the stator controller belongs, causing the carriage to reach a destination stator portion.
