A spring-loaded two-arm rocker with arms (9, 10) which are at an angle to one another is arranged on the hub or spindle, one arm (9) of which protrudes into the stroke of the nut used to fasten the steering wheel on the spindle, the hub (2) a recess (11) lying in the swivel range of this arm and a recess (12) lying in the swivel range of the other arm (10) are provided in the housing (4) and the spring acts on the rocker in a direction of rotation directed against the housing (4).
