The melts (14) of thermoplastic resin are poured into the extrusive forming cylinder (4) through a small passage (10) of the extruding head (9) untill a plug (13) of the hydraulic cylinder (11) is pushed by the very end position of the extrusive forming cylinder (4). And in the rotated position, the formed solid resin bar (17) is pushed out by the piston rod (15) of the hydraulic cylinder (16) positioned at the front of the extrusive forming cylinder (4). Their extrusive forming cylinders are joined to the rotatable central axle (1) by the support frame (2).
