Phenylalanine production method by genetic manipulation a new monarch

A method for producing phenylalanine by culturing genemanupilated microorganism is presented. Thus, the strain KFCC 10114 obtained from E. coli W 3110 by gene manipulation is cultivated in a medium contg. 4g fructose, 10.6g K2HPO4, 2g (NH4)2SO4, 3.74g NH4Cl. 0.2g MgSO4, 0.01g KNO3, 2.14g Na-citrate, 0.04g FeCl3, and 25-50mg amino acid per litre at 35-40C for 72h to give 8.0g/l phenylalanine.
