The object of the present application for the first certificate of addition is to illustrate, using new examples, formula I of the main patent. The present application relates especially to cis-4-fluoromethyl-3-[2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido] -2-oxo-1-azetidinesulphamic acid, the syn isomer, racemate or optically active isomer and its salts.
