FUNDATION WORK FOR PIER OF REINFORCED BASE FRAME

PURPOSE:To raise the workability of construction work by a method in which anchor bolts are vertically set on a prfabricated anchor plate, a stationary plate is temporarily fixed to the upper ends of the bolts, concrete is placed and hardened, and the base plates of a steel skeletoin column are welded. CONSTITUTION:A anchor plate 22 is horizontally set with level-regulating bolts 23 on the upside of a leveling concrete 21 placed on broken stone 20. An anchor bolt assembly 30 consisting of plural anchor bolts 31, having an expanded step portion on its upper end is vertically set on the plate 22. A stationary plate 37 with a concrete-charging port is fitted and temporarily fixed to the upper end of the bolt assembly 30. Concrete is placed through the concrete-charging port. After the concrete hardens to a given hardness, the base plate 44 of the steel skeleton column 43 is welded to the plate 37. Since the setting operation can be performed under released condition, the workability of the construction work can be greatly improved, and the period of the construction can also be greatly shortened.
