PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of buckling of a post and a wall by using a vertical frame member of a wall panel which is joined with a structure face member faced with an external side of a frame member as a structural component for a reinforcing composite post. ;CONSTITUTION: Structural face materials 5, such as ALC plates, which are faced with the outside of a panel frame 4 which is formed by binding or welding horizontal furring strips 3 with vertical furring strips 3a are nailed between vertical frame members 2, thereby forming a wall panel P. Before this wall panel is bonded with a building skeleton, furring strip members 7 are preliminarily laid out between posts 7 and external surfaces and internal side surfaces of the horizontal furring strips 3 are laid out in such a fashion that they may adjoin each other. Downward U-shaped connection metal fittings 8 are mounted between the joint pare between the furring strip members 7 and the horizontal furring strips members 3, thereby clamping both strip members and welding the clamping parts properly. Shape steel furring strip members are properly laid out and bonded between the shape steel-made vertical frame member, thereby forming a panel frame.
