PURPOSE:To produce salted fish guts in a few days readily, by blending animal or vegetable protein made into paste with liver and aging to give seasoning and mixing finely cut meat pieces with the seasoning. CONSTITUTION:Fish meat or animal meat is made into paste by a grinder and blended with separately ground down liver or the meat is blended with the liver and processed into paste by the grinder. Aging is rapidly advanced to give seasoning having extremely increased taste. The seasoning is added to meat pieces such as thinly cut meat of cuttlefish, etc., to give instantly eatable salted fish guts. The taste of the seasoning is blended with the protein blended with the liver and any of various proteins is used alone or in a mixed state.
