PURPOSE:To efficiently produce the titled calcined powder which satisfied four conditions; easy sinterability, uniformity, low cost and high bulk density by adding an aq. compd. soln. contg. an oxygen 12 coordinated metallic element to a precipitate formed from an aq. chloride soln. of an oxygen 6 coordinates metallic element and precipitate forming liquid and calcining the formed precitate. CONSTITUTION:The precipitate forming liquid such as aq. NH3 soln. is added to the aq. soln. of the chloride of the metallic element (e.g.; Ti, Zr, Mg, etc.) which is the component B in the formula under thorough stirring to form the precipitate. The aq. soln. of the compd. contg. the metallic element (e.g.; Pb, Ba, Ca, etc.) which is the component A is added to the precipitate forming liquid to form the precipitate. The resultant precipitate contg. the component A and the component B is cleaned, filtered and dried so as to contain perovskite at =0.1gr atom in terms of 1gr molecule. The precipitate after drying is calcined usually in a temp. range of 400-1,000 deg.C, by which the calcined powder of the intended easily sinterable pervoskite is obtd.
