PURPOSE:To reduce building costs by connecting elastically the upper section of a multi-swivel with the support frame above an open section at the center of a hull in such a way as to allow a minor rotation whereby making movement possible within a plane between a turret plug and the multi-swivel. CONSTITUTION:When a hull is turned around, no stress corresponding to said turning is incurred because the upper section of a multi-swivel 13 is rotatably supported to a support frame 11. And even if a deviation is introduced between a turret plug 5 and the support frame 11, no stress is incurred because the multi-swivel 13 moves right and left in the horizontal direction over a frame 14. Accordingly, it is easy to work on an open section 2, the turret plug 5, bearings 3 and 4 and the like. As a result, building costs can be reduced.
