A method for preparing T cell hybridomas capable of expressing human suppressive factor of allergy (fsa)

The hybridomas, for therapeutic use, are made by (a) creating cells which produce anti-bodies; these cells with neoplastic cells to produce hybridomas; and (c) selecting hybridomas which produce anti-bodies able to convey the allergy-suppressing factor, by operations of using neoplastic cells with bio-chemical routes such that the cells increase in weight in presence of thioguanine ouabaine; (ii) using cells which produce anti-bodies sensitive to thioguanine ouabaine; and (iii) placing the mixed cells in a soln. with thio-guanine and ouabaine so that only the cells which produce anti-bodies survive.
