Oxidn. of cyclohexane in multistage reactor

The process uses a multi-stage bubble-type reactor with sections in series, and consists of feeding oxidising gas to the first stage in amount 1-50% below the calculated average quantity for the whole reactor. The average rate of gas feed to the whole reactor is 15-150 cu.m./cu.m. reaction volume/hour, and the retention time of the liquid in the reactor is over 10 mins.
