This mixture of lactic antibacteriophage antibodies is obtained by the immunisation of animals with the aid of antigens consisting of serotypes of lactic bacteriophages encountered in nature or in the laboratory and active against the mesophilic and thermophilic lactic bacteria such as lactic Streptococci, Lactobacilli, Pediococci and Leuconostocs. The invention also relates to its applications as a curing and neutralising agent in biological media such as milks or bacterial cultures initially contaminated by bacteriophages and to its applications for the immunological detection of the bacteriophages present in a contaminated medium (yeast, milk, lactoserum, and the like).
