This invention is a synchronous generation circuit of a and a timing signal in a two-line type digital telephone. The data detection circuit (10) detects the received data and the data regeneration circuit (20) regenerates the detected data. The counter generates the zero data counting signal and is set or reset according to the received data. The synchronous and clock pulse generation circuit (40) generates synchronized clock pulses. The enable signal generation circuit (50) distinguishes timing and transmitting timing.
