The invention relates to a new therapeutic composition constituting a new pharmaceutical dosage form for oral administration. This composition comprises: 50 to 70 parts by weight of active principle A in powder form, and 30 to 50 parts by weight of active principle B packaged in microgranule form from powder and crystals of the abovementioned active principle B. This composition is especially useful for improving the kinetics of bioavailability of active principles, in particular analgesics and more especially paracetamol.
