P THIS PROCESS ALLOWS TO FACILITATE THE FORMATION OF NIOSOMES IN DISPERSION IN AN AQUEOUS MEDIUM D AND TO SIMULTANEOUSLY IMPROVE THE STABILITY AND THE INCAPSULATION RATE OF SUCH NIOSOMES, EACH OF WHICH IS A LIPID SHEET, OR MORE SUBSTANTIALLY CONCENTRIC LIPID SHEETS, SAID (OR THE SAME) SHEET (S) ENCAPSULATING AN AQUEOUS PHASE E. FOR THIS PURPOSE, BEFORE THE FORMATION OF THE SAME NIOSOMES, WE ADD TO THE LIPID (S) TO MAKE THE NIOS SHEETS , CHOLESTEROL-PHOSPHATE, REASON FROM 1 TO 40 BY WEIGHT IN RELATION TO THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE LIPID PHASE. /P
