INFERENCE PROCESS DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR QUESTIONNAIRE REPLY SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To facilitate the recognition of an inference process by displaying the inference process on a screen different from a conventional execution screen and displaying separately a backward and forward inference processes. CONSTITUTION:In selecting a trace display, a total control section 1 instructs the forward inference control section 10 and the backward inference control section 9 to send trace information to a display management section 11. The inference control sections 9, 10 give an index representing trace information to the trace information itself and give the result to the display management section 11. In receiving the trace information with the index of trace display from the sections 9, 10, the display management section 11 displays a trace display patter on the display screen of a CRT13. The upper half of the trace information display section 32 is a screen 32a for the backward inference and the lower half is a screen 32b for forward inference.
