PURPOSE:To obtain metals such as copper, aluminum, etc., carbonized articles, hydrocarbon oil and hydrocarbon gas through respective fractionation in high yield, by pyrolysis and dry distillation treatment of unnecessary or wasted electronics-related materials. CONSTITUTION:Unnecessary or waste products from electronics-related materials such as communication cables, electric wires, electrical parts, electronic parts and their substrates are brought to pyrolysis and dry distillation to decompose and gasify the organic matters such as synthetic resins, paper, enamel, rubbers or fatty oils adhered to metals such as copper or aluminum. The resulting products are fractionated, through a gas-liquid separator, into hydrocarbon fuel oil and hydrocarbon fuel oil. Whereas, the metal component left in the pyrolysis tower is made to separate out in a perfectly non-oxidized state, being transferred out of the pyrolysis tower in each cartridge together with the carbon in the organic matter fraction to carry out fractionation into high-grade metals such as copper or aluminum and carbonized articles.
