摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance productivity of thermostable liquefying type amylase, by linking specific thermostable liquefying type amylase-producing chromosomic DNA fragments to a plasmid replicable in microbial cells of amylase and preparing a recombinant plasmid. CONSTITUTION:Thermostable liquefying type amylase-producing DNA fragments of a thermostable liquefying type amylase-producing microorganism belonging to Bacillus licheniformis are linked to a plasmid replicable in the microbial cells thereof to prepare a recombinant plasmid, which is used for transformation into a thermostable liquefying type amylase-producing microorganism. Thereby microbial cells of the Bacillus licheniformis having enhanced productivity of thermostable liquefying type amylase are obtained. The resultant created strain is used to carry out cultivation and afford the aimed thermostable liquefying type amylase.
