A NOVEL BACTERIAL STRAIN OF HYMENOBACTER SP. CKS3 FOR THE ENZYME AMYLASE PRODUCTION AND THE USE OF THESE ENZYMES

The present invention relates to a newly isolated strain of Hymenobacter sp. CKS3 that produces enzyme amylase that can be used in the hydrolysis process of starch waste substrate. Also, the invention describes a process for the production of amylase and hydrolysis of bread waste using amylase produced by Hymenobacter sp. CKS3. The present invention states that the main products of hydrolysis are dextrin, maltotriose, maltose and glucose as valuable biotechnological products.
