IMMUNOSUPPRESSING AGENT CONTAINING MONOCLONAL ANTILYMPHOKINE ANTIBODY AS ACTIVE COMPONENT

PURPOSE:To obtain an immunosuppressing agent applicable to the patient of immune diseases including cancer, viral disease, immunoinsufficiency, rejection in organ transplantation, etc., by using a monoclonal antilymphokine antibody as active component. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent contains, as an active component, a nonclonal antilymphokine antibody produced by the cell culture of lymphocyte, malignant cell, hybridoma, etc., or from bacterial cell or cell having a gene originated from the above cell. For example, remarkable effect can be achieved for the suppression of the rejection in cardiac transplantation by using a monoclonal anti-IL2 antibody produced from a cell or hybridoma prepared b y sensitizing human lymphocyte with IL2 and transforming with a virus (e.g. EB virus), etc.
