GAS SEALED CONSTRUCTION FOR FURNACE TOP DISTRIBUTING CHUTE DRIVING DEVICE IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE:To surely prevent the invasion of furnace gas into a swing table by making the upper side circumferential edge and the lower side circumferential edge of swing table as the water sealed constructions, arranging a means introducing the pressurized gas in the swing table and making the pressure in the swing table higher than the outer pressure. CONSTITUTION:Partition plates 31, 34 are arranged at the upper side trough 10 and the lower side trough of swing table 6, to make the upper side circumferential edge and the lower side circumferential edge as the water sealed construction. A first pressure sensor 48 is fitted to an uptake tube 50 of blase furnace and a second pressure sensor 49 is fitted to an inner part of casing 1, to detect the pressures at furnace top part and in the casing 1. Difference between two pressures is found by the differential pressure transmitter 47 and the opening degree of adjusting valves 44, 45 are adjusted and the pressure in the casing and the furnace top pressure are always equalized, or the former is become to a little higher than the latter. In this way, the pressurized gas in the swing table 6 is introduced and even in case furnace inside pressure is ascended by charging, the invasion of furnace gas into the swing table 6 can surely be prevented.
