APPLICATION CONDITION FOR INVENTION OF SAFETY TIRE AND ROTATION DEVICE CHAIN FOR ELIMINATING VEHICLE DUST POLLUTION

PURPOSE:To prevent a road surface damage and dust pollution by composing grooves in conformity with a road surface condition and spike pawls in an attachable/detachable manner as required, and making a chain to rotate between a tire and road surface on a hard road surface as well as to bite in snow and ice. CONSTITUTION:Spike pawls are selected to be replaced and attached in answer to snow and ice conditions. And spike pawls are composed so that a pressing force toward the periphery is added to the pawls by a spring force and centrifugal force etc. in response to an ice surface condition. Also, a groove configuration is formed hexagonally so that it sticks to a road surface, bites snow etc. in a large area even on a soft road surface, and easily releases snow etc. And a chain is composed so that it rotates as a ball bearing between a tire and the road surface on a hard road surface by providing rolling members like balls etc. on an anti-skid chain. This composition enables a road surface damage and dust producing etc. to be prevented.
